At Fairytale Facials, every order is packed by hand with care and intention. As a small, independently owned business, we maintain strict hygiene and product integrity standards — which means all sales are final once shipped.

Exchanges (Limited Cases Only)
We offer exchanges only if:
• Your item arrived damaged
• You received the wrong item
To qualify:
• Contact us within 3 days of delivery
• Item must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
• Photos of the product and shipping packaging are required
All exchanges must be authorized before anything is sent back. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
No Refunds or Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products and client safety:
• We do not accept returns for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or allergic reactions
• Products cannot be returned once opened or used
• All purchases are final once shipped
As a small business, we cannot resell returned skincare products, and this policy protects product freshness and safety for all clients.
