❖ FAQ ⌄
What can a gift card be used for?
Fairytale Facials Gift Cards can be used toward facial experiences, treatment add-ons, and skincare products available through Fairytale Facials.
How will I receive my gift card?
After purchase, a digital gift card containing a unique gift card code will be issued electronically. Keep this code safe — it acts as the gift card’s form of payment.
Can I purchase a gift card for someone else?
Absolutely! Gift cards make the perfect little dose of skincare magic for birthdays, holidays, thank-yous, or simply because. You can purchase the gift card and share the gift card information with your recipient.
Does the recipient need to have a Fairytale Facials account?
No. The value is connected to the gift card code, not specifically to the purchaser’s customer account. The recipient can use the code when redeeming their gift.
Can a gift card be used for only part of a purchase?
Yes! If the purchase total is more than the remaining gift card balance, the gift card can be applied first and the remaining amount can be paid using another accepted payment method.
If they don’t use the full gift card amount at once, the remaining balance stays on the gift card for a future purchase.
Can more than one purchase be made with the same gift card?
Yes! The gift card can continue to be used until its balance has been fully redeemed.
Can gift cards be exchanged for cash or refunded?
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.
Do Fairytale Facials Gift Cards expire?
Fairytale Facials Gift Cards do not expire. ✨
