Shipping Policy 

Every Fairytale Facials order is packed by hand with care. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before your order ships. Business days are Tuesday–Friday, excluding holidays.

You will receive a tracking number by email once your package has shipped. Please note that shipping time is separate from processing time.

Shipping Rates (U.S. Only)

• Orders $1.00–$249.00: Flat rate $9.00
• Orders $250.00 and over: FREE shipping

We ship via USPS or UPS (carrier may vary).

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Fairytale Facials is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an address error, additional shipping fees will apply.

Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

During holidays or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended.
